Sometimes it is easier to understand something when you get to see it in action.

This short video will give you a quick tour of the web-based dashboard that faces the end user of the Horizon cloud hosted telephone system we offer.

It is easy to use and provides a whole host of features and functions that cannot be so easily accessed using traditional on-premise telephone systems.

Former Insurance broker, Nick Pursglove, joined the company earlier this year. He recently relocated with his family from Sheffield to the South West.

He had been brought into swcomms to specialise in cloud based telephony and Office 365.

As more and more of the modern business world is moving into the cloud, his role is to offer advice and support regarding hosted platforms and software to both new and existing customers.

When not in the office, Nick can be found attempting to complete the South West Coast Path or spending time with his family.
