Falmouth Primary Academy had been using Panasonic telephone systems for 20 years before deciding they needed to change it to take advantage of extra features that could help streamline their everyday working practices.

The most pressing need was for an automated attendant, absence line and voicemail solution that would ease the burden put on reception staff every morning.

The Academy wanted a single supplier for its telephone system as well as its lines and minutes requirements.

They invested in a Toshiba CIX40 telephone system to provide robust and reliable telephony for 11 extensions, as well as:

  • Automated attendant
  • Recorded message service
  • Absence line
  • Message waiting alerts
  • Call barring
  • Call recording
  • Lines & minutes billing

This means all of the Academy’s communications needs are now being taken care of by a single supplier to simplify the billing process. They have one point of contact for any issues regarding its telephone system or line and call costs, as well as benefiting from ongoing customer care from a dedicated account manager.

Finance facilities were provided care of our subsidiary company, SWT Finance, enabling the Academy to make use of the most up-to-date technology without having to release valuable capital for purchasing it. SWT Finance provided the Academy with a lease rental option.
