Our team of PRINCE2-certified project managers ensures even the most complex and challenging deployments are delivered in line with the customer’s needs. For larger and more complex solutions we provide a dedicated on-site project management resource to ensure clear understanding and effective decision-making between ourselves, our customer and any third parties. We are constantly mindful of working to meet our customers’ needs and regularly work out of hours to minimise disruption.
Implementation starts in our workshop where our equipment is built, pre-configured and thoroughly tested. Larger systems, involving multiple sites or more complex solutions, are often set up at our headquarters where we can simulate inter-site connectivity and enable our clients to see their solution in operation before signing off the configuration prior to delivery.
Full compliance testing of the solution would be completed and documented prior to the on-site installation with identical tests being carried out prior to handover. This rigorous testing ensures that the solution has been configured and programmed to exact requirements and ensures the smooth introduction of the new technology to users.
We deploy equipment either on a newly installed or existing customer infrastructure; the same attention to detail is maintained regardless and rigorous compliance testing or acceptance procedures are implemented. We install fixed cabling infrastructures to recognised industry standards, as well as providing a range of wireless solutions. Our technicians are experts in detailed wireless surveys and utilise the latest tools to ensue appropriate coverage and capacity.
To enable us to implement proven, leading-edge technology, our technical teams are involved in the design process from conception to fulfilment therefore we are able to present solutions with the confidence that they can be implemented and maintained to market leading quality levels. We recognise that meeting and exceeding customer expectations requires continued investment in our engineering resources and as such we have an ongoing training programme for all engineering personnel.
Our team of 40-plus engineers are all certified to the highest standards with Alcatel-Lucent, Toshiba, Cisco, Dell, Microsoft and VMWare. Furthermore, we have taken the decision to ensure all our engineers hold health and safety qualifications and that a proportion have also been CRB checked.
