Planning is crucial and all the members of our project management team hold foundation or practitioner level PRINCE2 registration to ensure efficient, satisfactory and timely completion of each project while also following the industry’s leading risk, change and quality management strategies.

- Tracking and reporting on the status of activities within project plans

- Asset management
- Problem resolution and escalation procedures
- Technology planning and management
A dedicated project manager is assigned to take a leading and proactive role for the duration of any contract. As your single point of contact, they would prepare a Programme of Work with Microsoft Project which will detail all key tasks and milestones within the project including those which are the responsibility of others to ensure everyone understands the project and what their responsibilities are within it.
Our project management team works with our in-house technical support and engineering teams and with our business partners to make sure all projects are handled with meticulous care and attention. Regular project management meetings would be scheduled to report on progress and to ensure that any potential issues are immediately discussed and satisfactorily concluded before they impact upon the project implementation.
On project completion, a detailed acceptance test schedule would be agreed to confirm that the solution has been implemented and configured fully in accordance with the agreed specified requirements.
