They are each committed to developing their skills and knowledge by working closely with our business partners to keep their accreditations up-to-date via ongoing skills-based development courses.
As well as a range of standard courses, bespoke training programmes can specifically tailored to meet individual requirements where required. These may include more specialised programmes for operators, system administrators/ managers or contact centre agents and supervisors. The training programme identifies the client’s priority areas, key individuals and the training goals expected and will be broken down to ensure that all the client requirements are addressed.
Training is delivered either on the customer’s site or at one of our regional training centres, both before and after the system is brought into service. A fully equipped live system is available in our demonstration suite; this resource has proven to be very beneficial for our clients as it enables key personnel within the organisation to undertake training sessions and enjoy hands-on training and system use prior to installation.
We also deliver refresher courses as we have found these sessions encourage users to ask more detailed questions regarding the system features and therefore gain maximum productivity and user satisfaction from the system.
