Matford Business Centre reception staff gain recognition for Merchant Financial Management LLP
Exeter's Matford Business Centre reception staff have helped one of its clients receive a top review in a recent mystery shopper exercise.
Merchant Financial Management LLP was praised in the Financial Times' Financial Adviser publication for the rapid, professional and friendly response to a call made by the magazine's regular mystery shopper, who was posing as a first time buyer hoping to purchase a property in Exeter.
This mystery shopper also called three other financial businesses in the city, including Abbey's general mortgage call centre and two other independent financial advisors. Merchant Financial Management LLP achieved the highest marks overall and scored four out of five for answering the call after the second ring and the same points for the receptionist's telephone manner.
