South West Communications Group nets customer survey award

South West Communications Group has received an award from unified communications manufacturers ShoreTel following six months of excellent customer surveys.

The Exeter-based telephone systems experts received a plaque with the following citation: “In recognition of your world class performance on all customer surveys conducted between April 1, 2013 and September 30, 2013.”

Every time South West Communications Group installs a new ShoreTel unified communications solution, ShoreTel conduct a customer satisfaction survey in the following three months to make sure that they were satisfied with the solution provided, the service received and the end result.

South West Communications Group and ShoreTel were both very highly rated by the customers who were surveyed during that six-month period.

Former newspaper journalist, Caroline joined the company in 2008 with no previous knowledge of the industry.

This industry is far cry from her previous working life when she worked as communications manager for Exeter Chiefs and Northampton Saints.
