Job Title: Telesales Consultant
Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 x Business Development Executives to join our successful and dynamic telesales team. Previous telesales experience is a must, along with a “will to win” attitude and a confident telephone manner.
Accurate and timely database administration is a vital part of the role so the successful applicants should possess significant database experience in addition to having a good eye for detail.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Having a thorough understanding of SWCG’s products and their benefits
- Outbound calls to a mixture of cold and warm leads
- Making quality appointments for Field Sales Consultants
- Diary management
- Accurate and timely database administration
The position is office based (Exeter) with hours of work being Monday to Thursday
0900 – 1730 and Friday 0830 – 1700.
Basic salary £16.3K with genuine OTE of > £20K (uncapped)
