Telesales consultant

Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a business development executive to join our successful and dynamic telesales team. Previous telesales experience is a must, along with a “will to win” attitude and a confident telephone manner.

Accurate and timely database administration is a vital part of the role so the successful applicant should possess significant database experience in addition to having a good eye for detail. 

The position is office based (Exeter) with hours of work being Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

Roles and responsibilities include:
  • Having a thorough understanding of South West Communications Group products and their benefits

  • Outbound calls to a mixture of cold and warm leads

  • Making quality appointments for field sales consultants

  • Diary management

  • Accurate and timely database administration

Basic salary: £17K with genuine OTE of >£20K (uncapped) plus contributory pension scheme after qualifying period
