This functionality can be integrated with existing or new general practice telephone systems to improve the quality and rate of conversations with patients. Practice managers can also measure how many calls are waiting, how long they take to be answered, any missed calls, etc. using live and historical call statistics to ensure they have enough staff on duty at the busiest times of the day.
Meanwhile, GPs can rely on call recordings to support telephone appointments, which are bring used to provide improved access for patients who cannot come into the surgery for face-to-face appointments.
