We have all seen the adverts for seemingly bargain-priced broadband offering astonishing speeds and bandwidth so why aren’t we all jumping on the bandwagon?
The reality is that businesses do not necessarily need these features, as discussed in my previous blog: The difference between home and business internet.
Businesses need reliability. They need to know their connection will not go down or if it does go down, there is a service level agreement in place that will get them back up and running in hours rather than days or weeks.
