Microsoft have unveiled their updated Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) which already helps businesses identify and resolve cyber threats such as malware, viruses, malicious URLs within Exchange Online, but now protects businesses against other cyber security threats within their cloud services, such as SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
As hackers release new malware campaigns to exploit businesses, Microsoft have stepped up their levels of protection within Office 365 to protect their corporate data.
The new ATP in SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams monitors file activity, irregular logins and insures URL penetration within your tenant and uses Microsoft Security Intelligence to assess the threat and initiate protection protocols. All of this can be reported within the administration console for complete visibility.
We are seeing a strong growth and awareness of other aspects of Microsoft cloud offerings which promote a complete solution with the inclusion of security, intelligence and productivity tools.
From purchasing plans, which include all of these, or to customise and tailor specific features of the service offerings, swcomms is here to help.
