In this short video, I am going to take you through a tour of our trademarked product, OXO Cloud Connect. There are so many cloud-hosted phone systems on offer that the choice can be bewildering. Many of them suffer from a lack of functionality, as well as being reliant on public data centres.
OXO Cloud Connect combines a feature-rich phone system from Alcatel-Lucent with our private data centre. As the video explains, our data centre has never gone offline since it was built and is tended to by our expert engineering staff.
End users benefit from a range of handsets, including DECT, and all the features you would expect from a phone system.
Staff can also use the Rainbow unified communications app to take calls when they are on the move or working remotely. They also benefit from instant messaging, video calling, document and screen sharing to allow for full collaboration and quick decision-making.
