Video blog: Using a data centre to keep your distributed workforce connected

Posted by Colin Woods on 19/06 at 10:00 AM Cloud services, Data centre,

In this video I explain how COVID-19 has immeasurably changed our world with some offices lying largely empty with staff working from home.

This has put pressure on our office-based servers that may no longer receive the care, attention and security they once had when the office was full of workers.

They may also be struggling to cope with providing the access IT systems and data to meet the demands of a dispersed workforce.

As we try to move out of lockdown and businesses find a new way of working, a data centre may be a more sensible choice for server hosting.

Improved security, on-site technical experts and increased bandwidth make them more accessible to your staff, wherever they are working.
