South West Communications Group has been named among the finalists for two categories of the Comms Dealer Sales Awards 2014.
The Exeter-based telephony, Internet connectivity and data centre company has been shortlisted for the Reseller Sales Team of the Year, for businesses with more than a £7.5 million turnover, and in the Reseller Marketing Campaign category.
The Sales Team entry was based around South West Communications Group’s rapid rise to ShoreTel’s Circle of Excellence and Gold Partner status in the first year of reselling its unified communications solutions. South West Communications Group is among the top 0.5% of its global resellers having secured orders and deployed solutions from world-renowned businesses, including Farrow & Ball and TOMY.
The Marketing Campaign entry centred on the company’s willingness to embrace the use of regular blogs, infographics, video, social media, email marketing, webinars and seminars to offer a full spectrum of opportunities to contact customers and prospects in the way that appeals to them the most, reaping increased website traffic and incoming leads in the process.

Our sales and marketing teams have worked hard to secure increased business and exposure in what is a very competitive field. I am delighted their efforts have been recognised at industry level.”
The winners of the Comms Dealer Sales Awards 2014 will be announced on Thursday, May 8, 2014, at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel in London.
